		We then complete the jigsaw All the pieces come together in a comprehensive report detailing our findings. We highlight for you the areas where we have concerns and areas where we don’t. Naturally we give recommendations ranging from specific action to further analysis.

Success This of course is the overall objective and following our review we would expect to see the various graphs and key performance indicators rising

Who are our Clients We deal exclusively with small and mid sized businesses. This covers companies whose Turnover ranges from £1 to £26m and have from 1 up to 250 employees. We prefer to work in the West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester areas.

What are the Costs We charge £250 per day. The price for our standard Health Check will vary therefore depending on company size which dictates how many days are required to complete the Health Check. The exact costs will be agreed with you at the initial free consultation meeting. Time scales We start with an initial free meeting were we determine whether a Health Check is appropriate. If not we will say so and there is no charge. If we go ahead then depending on the size of the organisation it can take up to 14 days to deliver your comprehensive findings and recommendations
